The three issues that you will receive will be dependent on your subscription date and will be be fulfilled on the third month of each quarter:

• July-Sept
• Oct-Dec

All issues are sent via Royal Mail.

If an item arrives damaged we will require photo evidence of the damage so that we can make a claim via Royal Mail - then a new issue will be sent out to you free of charge.

If an item is returned to us because it hasn't been collected or due to the customer filling out the incorrect postal details, we will send the package out again, but the customer must pay for the shipping cost again. We suggest a tracked service at this point.
