Posterzine® Issue 74 | A Soft Wrongness

Introducing Kelsey Landsgaard, also known as A Soft Wrongness, for our 74th edition of Posterzine. Kelsey is a skilled poet and artist hailing from Florida, renowned for her poignant and deeply personal collages. Through her work, she thoughtfully combines images and words to convey her inner world, often contrasting simple visuals with profound insights. Kelsey frequently sources illustrations of young girls from children's books, reimagining them in a more empowering and intriguing context. A Soft Wrongness, which began as a blog and has now expanded to include her Instagram and print shop, is a testament to Kelsey's growth as an artist. In an interview with Posterzine, she shares her creative process, influenced by noughties trends and her use of art as a therapeutic outlet, as well as her motivation for subverting traditional fairytales.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from the United Kingdom.
You can select between Standard or Tracked delivery options at checkout. While Standard shipping is reliable and cost-effective, we strongly recommend choosing Tracked shipping for added security and peace of mind—especially for international orders.

International Orders & Customs Duties

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs charges vary by country and depend on factors such as the value of your order, the type of goods, and local import regulations. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

If you are unsure about potential charges, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

• UK: 2–5 working days

• Europe: 5–10 working days

• Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Delays may occur due to customs processing or peak seasonal demand.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@posterzine.com within 7 days of receipt and include clear photo evidence of the damage to both the packaging and the item.
We will submit a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and send a replacement free of charge once the claim is accepted.

Please note that without photographic evidence, we are unable to issue replacements or refunds.

Uncollected or Incorrectly Addressed Orders

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected from the local postal office, or due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered by the customer, we can re-send the package.
However, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost again, and at this stage, we recommend opting for a Tracked service to avoid further issues.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors made by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you believe there has been a mistake with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
