Description
In this Issue 68 of Posterzine®, Harriet Richardson showcases her belief that individuals can drive change, exemplifying this through her exquisite print designs. As a designer at Pentagram in London, Harriet takes a politically charged approach to her posters and donates the profits to charitable causes. Unlike the traditional demands for change from the creative industry, she uses clever humor to convey her message. Her comedic touch does not undermine the seriousness of her messages, but instead enhances their impact. For instance, her "Life's Too Shor-" print has raised over £1,000 for Cancer Research UK and was inspired by her mother's personal battle with the illness. In an interview with Posterzine, Harriet shares her experience of going viral with one of her signs, how she found her artistic voice, and whether her artwork will grant her a comfortable afterlife.
