Posterzine® Issue 40 | Ace & Tate x William Luz

For this very special 40th issue of Posterzine we've featured eyewear brand Ace & Tate. Being perhaps on of the most on-trend eyewear collectives in the UK, Ace & Tate have collaborated with artist William Luz on the design in order to showcase how they collaborate with local artists when decorating their stores. This issue is printed in 3 gorgeous spot colours that match the decor in the Hanbury Street store in Shoreditch. At the Ace & Tate store in Hanbury Street, Shoreditch, you can see for yourself how the brand is creatively bridging eyeglass fashion and local art.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from the United Kingdom.
You can select between Standard or Tracked delivery options at checkout. While Standard shipping is reliable and cost-effective, we strongly recommend choosing Tracked shipping for added security and peace of mind—especially for international orders.

International Orders & Customs Duties

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs charges vary by country and depend on factors such as the value of your order, the type of goods, and local import regulations. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

If you are unsure about potential charges, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

• UK: 2–5 working days

• Europe: 5–10 working days

• Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Delays may occur due to customs processing or peak seasonal demand.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@posterzine.com within 7 days of receipt and include clear photo evidence of the damage to both the packaging and the item.
We will submit a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and send a replacement free of charge once the claim is accepted.

Please note that without photographic evidence, we are unable to issue replacements or refunds.

Uncollected or Incorrectly Addressed Orders

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected from the local postal office, or due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered by the customer, we can re-send the package.
However, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost again, and at this stage, we recommend opting for a Tracked service to avoid further issues.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors made by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you believe there has been a mistake with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
