Description
For this issue, we chat to Ermsy about how starting out as a graffiti artist has influenced his work and the process of matchmaking his favourite cartoons.
Ermsy is a Paris-based artist known for his surreal reimaginings of famous cartoon characters. Often, they get tangled up in the artist’s signature spaghetti limbs or
interact with each other flirtatiously. But whether it’s Garfield eyeing-up Betty Boop or Mr Burns riding a Bart Simpson-shaped skateboard, Ermsy paints pop culture icons like you’ve never seen them before.
Posterzine® is People of Print's monthly publishing project taking the form of a mini-magazine which folds out into a gorgeous A1 format poster (594x841mm). Printed by Pressision Ltd using CMYK.
